Monday has come round again and it’s dull and damp out there. How much does the weather affect your mood? Maybe you’re too busy to notice. Or maybe you take a look out of the window and want to curl up and hibernate, especially as winter comes on. The weather and Mondays are only two of the many things in life which we can’t change.
What you can do however, is change how you respond to them. Whatever you feel when you first get up and look out of the window, doesn’t need to set the tone for the day. Remember, You are in control of your thoughts and you can make a conscious effort to change them. Positive thinking can help to improve your mood.
